Boosters Recognition Dinner and Amos Hall of Fame
The Booster Recognition Dinner is a tradition which started in 2007.  The main purpose of the dinner is to recognize the hard work and efforts of our coaches who give so much to our student-athletes.  In 2007 and 2008, the dinner was held at the Ukrainian Cultural Center.  The Boosters pick up the cost for all of our the coaches and pay for a portion of their spouses as well.  At this banquet, many others are also recognized as well, including the Warren/Jarvis scholarship winners, the male and female Athlete of the Year, past Booster Awards, and a Lifetime Achievement Award.  There are also several coaching awards, inclduing the grand finale of the night - Coach of the Year.

In 2008, Cheri Amos was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award and an empty hallway in the building is now called Amos Hall.  This hallway will now be our Hall of Fame.  The first two inductees were Cheri Amos-Helmicki and Mr. Sam Daas, who served BHS as an assistant principal for over 25 years.   Each year those who were such a big part of BHS athletics will be recognized as a tribute to our history.
